> Scuber is a marketplace that connects people who lost something in a pond, lake, river or ocean with independent divers. The customer posts a recovery job, divers send offers, and the customer picks one. Payment is made by card in the app and held until the job is done. Cash is never allowed. The app is on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android.
